1. Order Processing Time
After your order confirmation takes effect, our warehouse team will complete order verification, product appearance inspection, accessory checking and sealed protective packaging within 1–3 business days. Weekends and American statutory holidays are excluded and will not be included in the processing cycle.
During large promotions, seasonal shopping peaks and holiday sales periods, the sudden surge of orders may extend the conventional processing schedule. We will send formal email notifications to customers in a timely manner once obvious processing delays occur to ensure transparent order status.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees for all orders are automatically calculated based on package weight, volume and shipping destination. All specific shipping expenses will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment confirmation for your reference.

All delivery durations are estimated reference values rather than guaranteed arrival times. 3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your luggage order completes all pre-shipment inspections and is officially dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email attached with exclusive tracking code and official logistics inquiry methods.
Due to the data synchronization delay of global logistics systems, tracking information cannot be queried immediately after shipment. Complete and real-time tracking details will be officially available within 24 to 48 hours after parcel dispatch.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers shall carefully check and confirm the accuracy and completeness of the recipient’s shipping address, postal code and contact information during checkout to avoid parcel misdelivery, detention or return.
HOCKADAY VICTOR RAY shall not be responsible for any parcel loss, misdelivery and secondary delivery costs caused by wrong, missing or invalid address information provided by customers. If the package is returned due to address errors, the customer shall bear the additional reshipping fees for re-delivery.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages:
If your luggage parcel is lost or cannot be tracked during cross-border transportation, please contact our customer support team and provide your valid order information within 7 days after the expected delivery date, and we will launch a professional logistics investigation and follow-up processing.
Damaged Items:
If your luggage products have deformed structure, broken accessories, scratched surface or damaged outer packaging upon arrival, please submit an after-sales application within 48 hours after receipt. You need to provide clear original photos of both damaged products and complete packaging for verification. Our team will review your case and solve the problem efficiently.
6. Luggage Care and Usage Notice
Each luggage product is equipped with exclusive usage and maintenance instructions. Different materials have corresponding cleaning and storage standards. Correct daily maintenance can effectively avoid product wear, fading and deformation and prolong service life.
HOCKADAY VICTOR RAY does not bear liability for product damage, deformation and accessory failure caused by improper cleaning, overloading, violent collision, unauthorized modification and personal misuse of luggage products.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
All international cross-border shipments may incur import duties, customs taxes and other clearance fees in accordance with the trade policies and customs regulations of the destination country. All such extra charges are borne by the customer independently and are not included in product prices and standard shipping fees.
